Deamt Account — Didn't receive Demat Acc Id & Password

Dear Sir,

I am a customer of your ICICI Bank, Udaipur Branch with a saving Account No:[protected].I have applied for the Demat Account on 19/12/08, 1 Month earlier.But till date didnt get any kind of Demat Account Id & Pasword.Your Service man assured me that the account will got opened within one week, but its already more than one month and the Account till now didnt opened.I have applied for the ID & Password once more but till now also didnt get any kind of service from your end.

So, i just want to know is this your fastest kind of services.I am really today feel very bad that why did i applied for the Demat Account to your bank.As i am suffering from the last month, only because of your bank.And i will surely advice to my fellow friends not to do the mistake, as I am suffering, as ICICI BANK only have the TAG LINES of doing the work fastest, but what the reality is i am facing.
