Delay of issuance of Ration Card

We have applied for Ration Card on 29/4/2010 vide Acknowledgement No.[protected] Circle No 06 ( N/C920 ) they advised me that you can collect your ration card by 16/6/2010. But till date we have not received any comunication or ration card from Budh Vihar Ration Card Office. ([protected])

We have applied for duplicate Ration Card no. APL 27291320non 27.4.20100 vide Acknowledgement No. 396( form No.699062 ) they advised me that you can collect your ration card by 16/6/2010. But when I go at office, officer said you come at office after one month . when I had went on july 2010 he again said you will come after two month . I go at office on oct. 2010 officer again said you will come at any time after one month but when i reached on 5.1.2010 He said your form could not meet so you again fill the form and i will provided a card urgently we have not received any comunication or ration card vikas puri office. i am Radhey shyam tiwari. residence of H.no. R-369 raghubir nagar ND-110027. sir i am not getting ration properly & when i complaint about this to the area inspector & other regarding officers they gives me unsatisfactory answers. i am very confused so please suggest me where shoud i go?

It is submitted that I had a Ration Card bearing No. APL 223 730 74 at my old address i.e. D-5/C-31, Prem Nagar-III, Kirari Nangloi, Delhi and the said Ration Card has been got transferred from the Circle No.09, Kirari, Nangloi, Delhi vide Transfer Certificate dated 11.03.11.

I had deposited my application alongwith my previous Ration Card to make it authorised for my new address on 14.04.11 and a dated acknowledgement S.No.[protected] of 11.04.11 was issued to me by the Ration Card Office, Circle 8, Rajendera Park, Nangloi. But the same has not been issued after a lapse of two months period. I have visited Ration Card Office more than ten times but all in vain.

card no.APL03031177 on wrong address .I request to FSO for issuing ration card on this address H.no 09 block no.109 railway colony thomson road near minto road new delhi 110002.Again a rationcard no.APL03031177issued on wrong address.

I have applied for vide NFS Application ID/Online Citizen ID - 2664601/0 dated 11/07/2015. But till date I have not received any comunication or ration card from Food & Supply Department.
