[Resolved] Delhi Jal Board — poor water supply in Uttam Nagar

Dear Sir, I am resident of RZ /7, New T Block Gali no-4, Part II, Uttam Nagar New Delhi in this area from last 4 to 5 months we are facing No water supply. And now from last one month we are getting contaminated, drinking water mixed with sewer water, i.e. water with black color, with foul smell and that is not even useful for bathing or washing purpose. We people have made complaint to Jal Board many times, But till date No action has been taken and still we are getting dirty water. When we people launch complaint against it Jal Board has replied that they are repairing the pipe lines but from 1 month have passed but no repair has done yet. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest, as when we are paying for the water at least, we have to get clean water. In this situation how long we people can survive. What action can I take to ensure that I get water at least one hour even once or twice a week? Is it a fundamental right? hope that our government will take some strict action in this matter so that we can proudly say that WE ARE DELHITIES. Jyoti 25331521 Was this information helpful? Delhi Jal Board — Delhi Jal Board Water Supply

We are the residents of Gali no 6 Govindpuri Extension, Kalka Ji. The water supply is very very poor in this street. Water Bill is regular but supply is very irregular. Because of illegal connection water supply does not reach to the residents living at the end of the street. Very big pipes are connected to main pipe line by some residents and get plenty of water and waste water by washing cars & roads on the other side many residents are living without water for many days. We request you to kindly check the water connection in this street and disconnect the illegal connection with main pipelines in this street. Please make regular inspection so that the residents can get water properly.

There is a shorage of water supply in Mangol Puri N-block. Water is available only for 5 to 10 minutes, in this period only one bucket can be filled and sometimes when is available it smells like hell. So kindly plaease take some action and solve this problem, I will be very thankful to u.
