I can appreciate your frustration. I have been working your problem from the other direction. I sell water purification technology and I can't get anyone in the government of India to respond. Our units are small, portable, and efficient. We could be shipping to India in less than 6 weeks after signing of the needed contracts but they will not work with us. This is to bring to your attention that from the last 1 week we are getting supply of contaminated water which is both muddy and has foul sewage smell, due to which people have been taken ill in our area. I will like to request you to kindly attend to this water contamination problum in our locality on priority else we may have more people being taken ill.

Dear Sir,
I am one of the resident of F14 Block ,Rohini Sector 15. Our area is suffering from highly dirty and smelly water from past 1 and a half year week which is not even suitable for washing and cleaning purpose, no one can even think of drinking it. It smells like it comes from some Sewer. after repeated telephonic complaints we could not get satisfactory results. I don't understand what they do it gets alomost clear for few days but no permanant salution has been done so far . we were once asked to change our pipes and which we did but found no improvement . Please help us in this matter since it is becoming a serious issue as our kids often get ill and the reason is food poisioning
We hope that our government will take some strict action in this matter and justfy its existance

yes the same problem is also in our area, don't know what the djb people are doing and for what they are taking the salaries...
in our area the water is coming as if it is mixed with human waste and then supplied to you...
its a really disgusting state where we are buying drinking water from market and clothes become more dirty and stinky after washing them...
we can buy water for drinking but we can't afford market water for washing, bathing and cleaning purpose and if its going to happen then our one month's salary is going to go in this only...
i think the government is not at all concerned for we middle class people and they only give priority to the high class and posh people from whom they can get benefits...
if anyone is there to help and give sugessions, please give you views and opinions...

tanker number 4547 allotted on Friday name to MRS vimlesh nagar, Address is RZG- 403, raj nagar, palam colony, new delhi 110077. she is misusing tanker's water allotted by Delhi. please allot this tanker to some one else.NO WATER SUPPLY FROM LAST ONE MONTH

my complaint ID No. W00002815, W00003711, W00003690, W00003711 , W00003630, W00003630, W00003291, W00003290, W00003291, W00003290, W00003291,W00003290, W00003052, W00002815, W00002815,W00002250, in respect of contamination of water applied by Delhi Jal Board. Nothing has been done to improve the quality of water supply of our area. If the department is not taking any action, then, where we should go? I received stereotype replies from the department without any action. I want that return reply from the conserved engineer officer must be communicated to us in respect of stoppage of supply of contaminated water in the area positively within a week time.
