maine ek dell ka laptop loan leker bareilly se 4 august ko purchase kiya tha. aur kuch din bad us ki hard drive main probelum ayi thi. phir maine dell costumer care ko call kiya to un hone bataya k laptop thailand purchase hai. abb sir meri bat na to dealler sunta hai aur na hi dell wale. please help me.main uski detail apko bhejta hun. aur ummed kerta hu k mujhe jaldi koi apki taraf se response milega.

when we purchasing the dell product then it show the three year accidental warranty but when i got this product then i got one year accidental waaranty .this product is purchased by online at dell site.

My dell warranty is showing from 2/feb/2013.but i had purchase it on 4/07/2013.so kindly Process my request.
I had issue with DELL (laptops)I had renewed my dell laptop warranty for complete cover twice once in 2012 for one year and once on 2013 for two years . both the time i paid for complete cover warranty before the warranty expires and now when i need to get few of the parts changed in my laptop they told me that my laptop warranty is not of complete cover is some hardware warranty.
but the time of renewal their executive had called me and told me that if once your laptop complete cover warranty will expire it cant be renewed so if you want the complete cover warranty please renew it before it expired so i renewed it for one in in 2012. then in 2013 the executive called n mailed me regarding the expiry of my complete cover and again i renewed it for 2 years before it expires but now they are saying that in both the times the warranty which got renewed as some hardware warranty .
below is the mail that i've sent them on 23rd march 2015. i had sent the mail to the girl who renewed my warranty in 2013 and also to her manager but till now there is no revert infact no acknowledgement.
Please help for this fraud n cheating.

I am a very disappointed customer. The story goes like this I got my laptop on 26th Aug 2011 (with a complete cover),
was a happy customer by that time.

Then for the first time I got it renewed on 21st May 2012 (for complete cover again) with order No.[protected], post this renewal whenever I had CONCERNS I Always had a Big time with you guys*(Dell), which converted me to an annoyed customer.

Then for the second time I got it renewed on 26th Aug 2013 (for complete cover again) with order No.[protected], and last but not at all the least post this renewal whenever I had ISSUES I have to Kill my Time with you guys*(Dell) like anything to make you understand that which kind of warranty I am carrying for my product, and now what you have got is an Unhappy, Highly Fumed up customer who wants to know why the Hell she is being paying such a bulky amount if she is NOT GETTING the SERVICES for COMPLETE COVER.

In short I have been told that since the first renewal I am not getting a complete cover on my laptop though I have been told that I am getting it. Please FIX this ASAP !!!

Notes: And you guys*(Dell) better come up with reasonable answers or I have to knock the doors of customer forum & other legal authorities for my rights.
