I ordered a laptop through one of my friend in USA as a gift for her on 18th February 2012 and the amount against the same has been charged from my card on 20th February 2012 and it supposed to be deliver on 25th, however it was not delivered till date and when I checked and inquired with Dell people, I got to know my delivery got cancelled due to a call/mail made by somebody stating that he being a holder of card, he want to stop the payment. Without cross verifying the information provided by me while making the payment, they stopped the delivery and cancelled my order. On the top of it the people on the phone(Sharron[protected] extn 4161320) and her manager) are not at all co-operative and are not very keen in finding out the solution of the problem.
