Dell — Dell Fraudulent - Why we purchase Dell instead of other good brand?

Over confidence on DELL is very frustration for each of the person who wants to purchase DELL laptop at any cost. Everybody knows that DELL provides one year complete guarantee but nobody know that it making fraudulent. It never provide complete cover guarantee for any software and hardware.
This is very cheap concept that DELL provide complete cover guarantee. I am exposing this concept for taking an example:
One soap company showing ads that such soap explore your beauty. Most of the person buy that soap for explore skin color, but only 5% person get this benefits and 95% person waste money cause of the cheap advertisement. Indian government should be banned on such type of ads. Each brand or company is explaining its “Terms & Conditions”. Nobody read such terms & conditions cause of the non-highlighting words. Indian government should notice each & every brand or company that if you mention all the details in capital letters then the terms & conditions should be in same font.
Now come to the point “Terms & Conditions”…
I (Sunil Sharma Bharatpur) purchased DELL Inspiron i3 third generation Laptop approx 35500 INR because I knew that DELL provides one year onsite complete cover guarantee (Including accidental damage), otherwise I could take other brand and would take benefit approx. 5000 INR with same configuration, but when I complaint against my damage Speaker, DELL explain some terms & conditions like:
1. If you use any other software or application which are not related to DELL then DELL will not responsible for any software & hardware damage.
Everybody, I want to ask you one question:
1. Has anyone who takes laptop only for watching movie or listening songs?
2. Does DELL provides each & every software & application which everyone need.
3. If I need flash player for any my site then DELL provide for every user and if I install from other site and create some issue then will DELL not responsible for any damage?
Simply, DELL cheating with the customer for taking much amount for same configure product and this is fraudulent.
I request to India Government that such type of advertising should be banned and should benefits to the customer. I will also filed a case in consumer forum against DELL fraudulent
I need comment of every user so that we can send such information to everyone
