Hi,
There is a problem in my Dell Inpiron 7520 Laptop (which is under warranty) that the bluetooth headphones are not working with it from past 2-3 months. I had complained about this in dell customer care and now it has been 1 and half month and my problem has not beenr resolved. Neither they are giving any replacement nor they are resolving the issue.
Even the customer cares have taken the remote access and moreover may times they take the remote access and donot do anything on my Laptop ,they just take the remote access and then left the laptop as it is.
Ther is a limit of everything. I mean This is not the way to treat a customer. Even after their remote accesses my normal head phones are not working with my laptop and it is getting hang after every 10 -15 minutes.
I am just fed up with the company. I have dropped 5-6 mails all the customer care executives whom i have taked and their names are Jasminder Sethi,Charu Shrivastva,Abhishek Mishsra,Parag Gogia,Anurag Prashar any many more whose names i have not remembered.
Kindly look into the matter and provide me the Solution from the company. Was this information helpful? |
