Dell — Fault | |||
i purchased a dell inspiron 14r laptop on 19th feb 2013. from the day there is some fault in the laptop. i have taken my laptop several times to the shop from where i borrowed, the take my laptop format it, install a new operating system and give it back to me. but the problem is still there,last time when i took my laptop to them they said they ll show it to the dell guy, again he formatted, installed a new operating system and gave. but the problem was not resolved. dono what to do. it has been almost two months and i havent used my laptop even for a day.i have attached the bill with this complaint. **on the bottom of the laptop on the white sticker
**it’s a seven digit alphanumeric code which ends with BS or number 1.
