[Resolved] Dell India Pvt. Ltd. — Pathetic Service and Negligence | |||
I purchased a Dell Inspiron 2310 All-In-One Desktop costing Rs. 47000/- from Care India Pvt. Ltd. which deals for Dell products on 28/04/2011 with the invoice number 000919 ZRI. Hardly a month had passed and my computer started crashing frequently and showing hard disk error. I complained about this issue on their toll free number[protected]. After lot of arguments and following up, my hard disk got replaced on 22/06/2011. After this was replaced, hardly two weeks had passed, I started getting the same problem and since then I have kept complaining about this and have requested to replace my computer and give me a working piece. I have called them several times and all they do is ask for my details everytime and give me a new complaint number. The complaint numbers are 6841396,[protected] and[protected]. They even hesitate to forward my calls to the department which is responsible for replacing faulty computers by stating that they do not have any direct contact with that department which is really hard to believe. They also say that the department will call me and replace my computer. But that hasn't happened so far. I am really frustrated by their service and am not able to work on my desktop since two months. I hope I will get something positive from you. Was this information helpful? | |||
