Dell Inspiron Laptop — Faulty Product & Pathetic Service | |||
I purchased this Inspiron Laptop from Dell for around Rs 34,000 last year but the experience has been a nightmare. I have changed parts three times within a span of a year through their warranty but now when the warranty has expired there is again problem with the hardware driver. Inspite of several complaints to replace the product as its faulty there is no proper respnse. Though they come & change the parts if its within your warranty for Free but you never know when that part will again stop working. If you call their Toll Free Number they will try to sell you extended warranty but wont listen to your complaint until you pay them money. It has been really a pathetic experience & I am planning to file a complaint in the Consumer Forum against Dell India. Was this information helpful? | |||
