[Resolved]  Dell / Laptop — Misleading Ad Purchase

Hi,

I have taken a Laptop from dell website.But It was not the same Laptop as it was shown on the website

Scenario:

Laptop showing on the website was different(with Touchscreen) to me.when I have ordered the laptop in the confirmation mail it was different(without touchscreen) to me.
As I have read the configuration at time of submission of order on website so I have not checked the confirmation mail in details and I have payed the money.

When I have talked to the laptop company person then they have told me the touchscreen laptop with high price and the explained me that It is a only for attracting customer but when you go inside that link it will be different as delivered to you.


My Problem:
As I have ordered the laptop by seeing on website.Although they are agree that they will refund my money but it will take time.


I need your advice what should I do in this case ??

Please check the mail as they have mentioned that it is not touch laptop in order .

after talking with del the company is not reddy to accept thtat any such offer has been floted by the company

Dell / Laptop — LAUNCHING THE PRODUCT WITHOUT PROVIDING FULL DRIVER AND SOFTWARE PACKAGES

I HAVE PURCHASED A NEW LAPTOP FROM DELL SHOWROOM - MODEL INSPIRON WITH i3 processor. newly lanuched with WIN 7.

MY drivers softwares are not running on this new verson software. and company is saying that with
this i3 processor 64 bit you cann't run yours old version softwares having 32 bit config.

its just 6 days back i have purchased this New laptop, after investing such a huge amount they havn't assist

Dell Laptop — miss leading

Dear Sir/ Madam,
I brought one Dell laptop from Saudhi on 6/06/2009 , when i brought this i was aware that the Dell has international warranty . So only i brought form this Saudhi even my country is India. But now my lap is having hardware problem . so when i contacted Dell Servise people they infromed me that the warranty of my Lap expired and also it has not international warranty. so for repairing this i have to pay 14500 Rs.
Pls let me know how my warrany got over when i brought this lap on 6/06/2009 ,and why i am not geting international warrany. This same Dell laps which my friend are uuseing facing same this problem. pls let me know why this is hapening for this Dell >
If i am geting this type of bad servise from Dell then why i have to pay 14000 Rs again . Same this amount i can pay for buying new lap of other good company;
Kindly do the needfull for this case.

Dell / Laptop — DEFECTIVE PIECE

I Sunil Philip a self employed from Delhi. I purchased a Dell Inspiron N4010 14R corei3 Laptop on 13/7/2009 with a service tag number 633T5BS from “Technology Next Infocom, G-7 Pragathi House 47-48, Nehru Place New Delhi-19. It has been many problems with my system from the day I purchased. When it switched on it very sharp humming sound is coming and the Touch pad is not working properly and is getting hotter than normal.

At first I went to the dealer which the address given above and they told me that they have no responsibility with this issue ‘whatever you want you do you can’. I called dell customer support on 22nd July 2010 at least 6 times but no support from there, at last talked with Ms. Kamini and her senior officer Mr. Karim and they told me that service Executive will come to my place on Friday (23rd July 2010) or 26th July 26, 2010(Monday) and he will replace all the damaged piece (Speakers, Touch Pad etc) But nobody come. On Monday I again called to Dell customer support Monday (26thJuly2010). But the answer was now they don’t have stock of spare parts with them. It will take another one month to receive the parts from Singapore. So I asked for replacement. But there is neither proper reply nor a responsible support from them.

As I said I am a self employed and the system is very essential thing for my daily business. Now I am struggling without a system. The bill of this laptop is attached with this complaint.

I humbly request to the court that please take a suitable action against this complaint. I am really disappointed by the irresponsible behavior of dell.

I have purchased dell laptop MODEL VOSTRO 1014 in november 2009, 12-13 days back suddenly screen of laptop start comming totally blunt, i complained to dell custumer care after 7-8 days of complain thre engineer visited mah home & said LCD not comes under warranty & strt making useless exuces i am very much disappointed with tht unresponsible behavior of such a bic company

Am So unsatisfied by their attitude . 1stly they din't get my machine on time . then when i got problem in January engineer came and misguided me in a way that he broke my upper lid and glued it and when i asked him why this glue to which his reply was mam this is done in this way only . later now in august this glue came out and my lid is again opened and due to which wifi catcher and mic is not working so dell representative are not taking my complaints although one of the representative told me that this complaint will be covered as u still have warrenty period . but now Dell representatives are not even taking my complaints and just extending the time period as on 9th sep warranty period will be finish so now they asking me to extend my warranty time . else they can't do anything . Please help me coz of this am facing great loss in my business as my system is not working properly .

i have purchased a dell laptop on 24 may 2011. but when i used it i have notify that there is a problem in this laptop. when i used any software like photoshop it should stop working after some hours.

one speaker damage and battery backup only 1 hour . my dell loptop tag no. 1HKX7BS . DELL INSPIRON[protected] , processor c i5 . ram 4gb .
a friendly advice, whenever u buy any product within the middle east the warranty is only valid in u.a.e 4 an international warranty u have to be very carefull whether u have paid any charges extra 4 getting the benefit 4 the same internationally.

Unavailabilty of Touch screen of Dell Venue mobile

Keyboard Fault

When i press my numeric key 4 then the key remains pressed and when i press my right alt key button then it works as alt+control key.
