Dell — servicing are not given under warranty

I am Alok using Dell laptop model no. is vostro 1088, our system is hang suddenly and no any key are working then directly shut down the computer and again start. this problem is frequently appear. I was contact dell customer representative, they send me bios setting , I installed new bios but problem is as it. Again I send mail to customer care representative but no response from Dell side.....Our Laptop under warranty period. Please take immediate and necessary action please.
