I purchase a dell Laptop XPS 15z and Dell Venue Pro mobile phone (combo offer) on 27th September 2011 from USA .
Phone is not working at all from last year i have been struggling to get any technical support from dell in India .
It took a month or two for any phone support regarding my dell phone, each time they refer me to visit their
respective service center in Nehru place - New Delhi.
As guided i visited service center they just simply discarded my phone without looking for any technical fault . they have their pet line " sorry sir we don't have any technical support for this phone , you should try for private repairing" and reference some of private shops all over city.
After 10 -15 visit to their service centers they refer me to some DIGI COMP COMPLETE SOLUTION in Nehru place ( Private Solution ).
At Digi-comp service center they checked my phone thoroughly and founded a part called DIGITIZER failure ( Responsible for showing content on screen ) . This part is available under 1000 rs. and they continuing tell me that this part is not available the only solution left with Replacement which cost me 10x times more than repair i.e 10800 Rs.
This is a huge amount for a middle class man i know my phone is out of warranty right now , but i want to repair my phone not want a replacement .
At last i have some hope from you to help me out with this matter and most important points to be noted phone is not outdated , it is still available in market . its strange answer by dell they dont have any reparing centers for these phone .
