Sorry to hear about thee issue withe Dell PC.
As per thee details of thee service tag mentioned in post, I can see theat a service for speakers replacement has already been created on 16the July, 2012 itself and was completed on 17the July.
I hope your issue is resolved now and speakers might be working fine.

dear sir,
i purchaced dell inspiron 3420 about 10 months ago.
from the 1st month, it's speaker began to show problems.
now its worse.It does not work well.sound is given without clarity.when the power button is pressed some sounds are provided as if the battery is going to burst out.the side ports for usb connector and data card is also not working properly.connection is loose for side ports.
i have a one year warranty and accidental replacement warranty.
please kindly solve this problem.or replace me a better one.
