[Resolved]  Dell Studio 14 — not replacing my laptop from 2 months

as i have purchased dell studio 14 laptop from vijay sales ghatkopar on 17.02.09 few moths later it was given for the repair in hubli on date 04.05.2009 & they replied that the laptop cannot be repaired it will be replaced with new but still today iam not getting my laptop back

DELL Studio 14 — Keyboard/mouse not functioning

I had purchsed a Dell Studio Laptop in May, 2009. Within 2 months of its use, the keybaord is not functioning properly and the mouse is also not working.
I had brought the same to the notice of Dell in Augsut 2009, however only response i am getting is that it will be rectified soon.
I am a student and currently studying at XLRI Jamshedpur. This is hampering my studies( Laptop is used frequently). Needless to say, the laptop is under UNIT REPLACEMENT Warranty.

My product code is 3RGC3BS.

Kindly help in this regard.

DELL — mouse not working

computer is in warranty mouse is out of order dell company not have any service center in India costumer care no. is not responding
