I bought this mobile one year back and used for less than 5 months and started facing issues in the internal speaker. As usual I took it to the Dell Service center and they promised to replace this mobile in 7 days and they did. Again after 4 months I started facing issues with the external speaker and again got a replacement. After 3 months (3 days after the warranty expiry date) I started facing issues again with the external speaker. When contacted to technical support they said it was an manufacturing issue from Dell but this time they are asking me to pay some amount for the replacement. Why should I pay for manufacture issues? If they mobile gone faulty because of my usage I would be paying for replacement. For manufacturing issue why I should pay and they should have replaced my old piece with a better one instead they replaced it with a faulty one. I don’t say that Dell Service is not good. It’s very good. But there is a problem with DELL itself. There is no Reliability & Durability in any Dell product.
I have asked them to replace it with any other model and I am ready to pay the difference amount if any. But they said they cannot replace with any other model.
1 year - 3 mobiles - 2 replacements...
Dell sucks... I hate this mobile... Do not use or buy this mobile.
Even Dell XCD 35 is not good. Do not buy this mobile too.... Was this information helpful? |
