The Head Of Date : 22nd Aug 2009 Dell Support Service Dear Sir, We have (Dell Vostro 1510 Service Tag 9Y5T2BS ) Under a warranty period. We are suffer to much problems from last two months against some of compliant number As bellow. 1. [protected] 2. [protected] 3. [protected] 4. [protected] 5. [protected] After that Dell engineers are not capable to solve that problems again they are crating to much problems and its still pending. It is totally affected on our business for that resin we are suffer to much loss on our business. We buy this laptop on the date of 26th Jan 2009 within a six month all the hard ware parts are change then also some of hardware problem is still there. Take a proper action on that other wise we ready to go for Consumer Court. Now you can suggest me what I can do? Either give me a new laptop. with due respect, i wanna that, i'm the student of vsbm, dadri greter noida .i have dell vostro1510, {in warrenty period}
& there are some problem with my laptop (that is not working properly) since last 20days,
meny times i complaied in your office, but no action was taken till now.

Sir maine dell ka vostro 1510 abhi-abhi purchase kiya hai 1 month bhi nahi hua hai. Aur usme abhi se problem aa gayi hai.
Problem ye hai ki chalte chalte automatic off ho gaya jis k reason se meri window bhi currupt ho gayi hai aur ab mai use format karne ki koshish karta hu to kehta hai ki "System doesnot recognize ur hard disk" aur sir mai job karta hu aur mujhe system ki bahut zyada zarurat pad rahi hai plz kuch kijiye jaldi se jaldi aur ha ek baat aur jab bhi mai dell k toll free no. par call karta hu wo mujhe busy batata hai. Plz sir i m in trouble. plz do smthing.
