[Resolved]  Designing Hub — Careless Behavior of Airtel Customer Care Team

This is reference to cheque deposited by us in noida sec, 18 airtel outlet on 25th, August, 09 (Cheque No. - 901755 PNB, Sansad Marg).

Today when we reached our office we found that our broadband is not working, consequently we spoke to Airtel customer care which assured us that our services will be resumed in 4 hours (ref.:[protected]. After 4 hours we again called up and enquired about our internet services not been resumed they gave us another reference number 23565126.
But even after 10 hours being passed away and nothing has been done, we just now again dailed airtel customer care and a Executive Rizwan anwsered our call and said airtel customer care cannot help us before 3 days time.

We would like to escalate the matter mentioning from morning during our continous interaction with airtel customer care, we were never told that we will have to deposit cash to get our services unbard otherwise we would have done the same but they never raised a issue of payment not been made in cash. Due to this layx behavior of Airtel customer care team we have incurred a full day loss in business. And we intend to copy this complaint and report to the consumer court on such untransparent and careless behavior of our team.
