dhanus technologies — non - payment of the salary for 5 months

Dhanus technologies (http://www.dhanus.net/) a Chennai based company have branches in many part of our country and aboard dealing with IT/ITES and Telecoms has not paid my salary from December 2008 - May 6th of 2009 they given me salary slips till February 2009 but they have not credited any salary amount for these month. I resigned on may 6th till now i doesn't got any kind of reply from them.

Very True. Directors of the company are in hiding state now and do not respond any of the employees calls, emails or SMS.

We Abin Advertising Pvt Ltd, have released all Dhanus ads in major publications, like Times of India, Hindu, Business Standard for which we have not received our payments of Rs 55.03 lakhs for the last 15 months.Although we have managed to meet the MD of the company last May, and have even obtained a commitment to pay letter from him, nothing has happened till date and we are very much in the dark about the very existence of the company as such.Our earnings from this is a mere 2.5 percent the balance of which has to be made to publications.
Anyone who can give vital information on the company or any of its directors, pls help.

the company was blocked in the BSE and NSE. No contacts or mail id to reach them. Hige shares bought by me like small investors are cheated. whether sebi has any answer for this. any way to recover my money? and what action is taken by SEBI to avoid such situation in future?
