[Resolved]  DHFL — imposing pre closure charges on housing loan by own fund

I am c s jose innacent (customer code 00642690, loan no.[protected] , is going to close my housing loan using my own funds. on querry they says Rs. 34000/- will be charged as pre closure penalty. as nhb guide lines ref.(no NHB(ND/DRS/POL-NO.36/2010 October 18/2010 no preclosure charges should be levied from customers if they close the account with their own funds. as i noticed this point they dont accept my arguements ang NHB guidelines please respond through my e mail [protected]@gmail.com
