[Resolved] Dining Plus Card — Cheated by Diningplus Card Company in Chennai (India) | |
Dear Sir/Madam, I am very unhappy to say that I have taken a Dining Plus Card in Chennai but feels very irritated having this card in my hand, which is of no use. Last week I visited Marry Brown Family restaurant OMR (which is given in Diningplus Card's directory) with some of my friends, when i shown him the card the restaurant person said this card is not accepted here, I felt very bad, even my friends teased me, then i thought of calling u people, but later i thought i should not react at first incident, then last sunday (19/04/2009) I visited to Sachin ka Dhaba (Dhaba Express) restaurant with my husband, at the time of billing I shown him that Dining plus Card, he told me this card is not accepted here, then i thought to complaint about this issue. The admin side of Diningplus Card responses was too bad. Now I have to take a step further if Diningplus poeples are not going to return my money.Hope you will understand my situation and I FEEL LIKE CHEATED BY DiningPlus Card peoples. Kindly consider this complaint as a priority level and so that my query would be resolved as earliest its possible. Thanks in advance.. Now today on 25/05/2011 Dining Plus offered me about various facilities provided by them and discount offers etc. They called me from Delhi no [protected] / [protected].
Please advise me to join Dining Plus or not.

This is very useful card i got this card on april 2011 i got all the kit ontime and when i visited for 3 days 2 night free stay i was surprise i got excellent servisess; and the hotels also very good;
i Enjoyed my honeymoon alot

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN
Dinning Plus Card Co. has disturbed me also. They were talking of debiting Rs. 5, 499/- from my SBI Credit Card and they have forcefully tried to give me that card without my consent. I am very much annoyed.
They are continously disturbing me over phone.

Dinning Plus Co. has been disturbing me since last 3 months. One fine day they called up and said that they are going to debit Rs. 5499/- from my SBI credit card. I am very much annoyed.
They call me every now & then which is not at all entertaining.

hia mam u have been provided a gd complaint regarding dining card i also got offer and i want to know whether the complimantary gifts are correct or u r finding any problem in that also
dining plus company force the female women to join for their company by saying they are giving good offer of discount/free gift vouchers, and attract the customers.It is request of mine not to join for the same Dinning Plus Co. has been disturbing me yesterday evening they called up and said that they are going to debit Rs. 6300/- from my SBI credit card. finally they debited the same and to day on 9/09/2011am when i contacted on Ph. No:[protected] and said to cancel the same they had promise to cancel the same but no reply from them i am very much annoyed.
I want to bring it to your notice that even after denying your offers from the sales person who had called me on my cell, the charges are added into my SBI cerdit card.
As told eariler i am seriously NOT INTERESTED in any of your offers, and also not willing to pay for the thing i havent order.
I request you to kindly check into this matter and provide me the refund of Rs. 6300 as soon as possible.

Now Dining Plus has come at Mumbai. They take name of SBI and start discussion, .. After payment you will able to know that SBI is no where in picture and Dining Plus India is directly contacting us.

getting dining plus card . I c few complain's regarding credit card they have charged ... etc..., y persons giving CC numbers instead opt of giving cheque / cash, where the relevant person comes to the place which we say, & duly we can C all the details which makes us Confident .
To be frank i am saving lot by using dining plus card, i regularly use in week ends to pizza corner, nandhana, Imperial & parivar . i used it near my home a fitness centre VLCC, which saved me 200 rs per time . my mom used this card in Sagar hospital & all smiles dental Clinic . as well when i went to mysore also by just showing this card i got savings .

Dining Plus Card — debiting charged twice from my credit card a/c
I have given my acceptance for isuing me a dining plus card on a sum of Rs.5499/- however i m surprised to note in my credit card statement from 29.10.11 to 28.11.11 that the amount of Rs5499/- has been debitted two times from my credit card a/c i.e. on 1.11.11 5499/-& on 2.11.11 again 5499/-PLEASE RECTIFY AND CREDIT ONE AMOUNT IMMEDIATELY.

I am Surendran Achary from Trivandrum received a dining plus offer . Now Iam not in position to go for the same. My mother has expired so please cancel my trip for this year. Dining Plus, Mumbai, India — Deducting Money without asking
This company has deducted Rs. 5499 from my account without my permission. Now neither of their offices are answering my calls. They have cheated and so I want my money back. Hi,
You are much better than me because atleat you have received the card but I have not received anyhting excpet they have deducted Rs.5500 from my account.
No other way except sending sms and mail to our friends to create awarness of this..
Please check with google befoer agreeing for anything.

This is very bitter experience to our family. I want to file one criminal case against this company. This Company peoples spoke to my wife and told that, what ever the materials you are purchasing in anywhere, you may get 20% discount like that. They asked the credit card number, and her voice also recorded . My wife told that, I will confirm with my husband and give the opinion. But this cheaters, within some days they debited Rs.5, 499.00. from our Card. Because of this situation we are going to cancel the credit card.
Then I spoke to Customer care - [protected]. But this gentleman told that, we can not return the money. I told that, we don't want this card and I am returning to you the card and pouch. He told that, we can't return the Money. With out using any thing how can we loose the money. Now I want to file case against the Company. Even if I am not getting the Money also, I want to tell to Every one. Here after this fellow should not cheat to any body.

I have made payment of Rs. 5499/- throu my SBI card for ur tour package scheme + gifts in the month of JAN., 2011, but nothing hasbeen heard form ur side up till now. Reply at an earlest or return my money immediately and hope u'ii not force me to take another harsh steps against u. I hope that u' ll not let me down.
