[Resolved] Distance Telecom — MTNL Delhi- Distance Telecom Business Partner bad Customer service | |
Hi , This is kshitiz Saxena from Pandav nagar, delhi, I got a call from distance telecom marketing cell promising MTNL broadband connection in 7-10 days maximum. i had applied for connection on 12 of Oct'09 along with 500/- rupees and till date when i call the customer care number :[protected] , i always get an answer "Sir your connection will be installed in tomorrow" its 10 days now i have been hearing this same answer from the customer care executives (NEETU , PUSHPENDRA & ANOOP) these people take customer for granted and just keep them giving false updates or commitments about the connections. They dont let us complain to their seniors there. Please let me know where can i escalate this issue so that this business partner gets fined or a punishment for fooling arounf with customers. they are always ready with excuses and sorry's. Please help me to take this complain up to the responsible parties. As i am really troubled without phone and internet for past 3 weeks and that to after doing everything on time even follow ups. They are really worst service providers, even i am suffering with the same, ConsumerComplaints please help and look into this issue.
Or please let us know whom to approach to complain, but we are all suffering as out money is also gone.

Distance Telecom — Wrong commitment
Dear TeamI had given an order to M/s Distance Telecom, 84 A,Ground Floor,DDA Building,Mata Sundri Road,New Delhi - 110002(#[protected]. they had taken money against they will provide MTNL broadband connection within one week.
Now its going over one month and no one has come from their end to check where the services has been deliver or not. Mean while I had also spend lot of money over phone in followuping with the reprsentative of this company.(Mr.SB Pandey,Mr.Amit and Mr.Vinish).
This is clear cut cheet and I want any one take fast and serious action against these kind for fraud services providers in city.
Looking forward for your fast action.

I also gave Rs. 500 in cash for the telephone connection n nawda matro station shop no. 3G but they have taken the money and not replying. i also feel cheated as i have seen a number of fruad complaint done by the said service provider.

I also applyed phone connection through distance telecom last month along with Rs 500/-. i was assured by the rep. that the conection will be given with in 4 working days, but we are deply regrate that month is near to over but no information / feed back provided by compney, even i called more then 10 time to their call center. alwase geting reply your file is loged in in MTNL now you will get with in two days god only know when they will putup .

Distance Telecom — NON REFUND OF MONEY
I,RAMKUAR JINDAL ,H-159,PHASE-1,BUDH VIHAR-110086,want recieve my money back from DISTANCE TEELECOM(business partner of MTNL DELHI) who had taken Rs.650 from me for providing me the internet and landline connecton (MTNL) but they did not comply with it and now they are not giving me my money back.Kindly do the needfull.

I MANISH KUNAL, QTR NO. WZ 537B, GALI NO. 9/4, SADH NAGAR, PALAM COLONY HAVE APPLIED FOR MTNL BROADBAND CONNECTION FROM DISTANCE TELECOM ON 20 APR 12. THEY COLLECTED RS. 650/- FROM ME AND AFTER FEW DAYS THEY INFORMED ME THAT THEY ARE UNABLE TO PROVIDE CONNECTION AND FROM THEN THEY HAVE NOT REFUNDED MY AMOUNT ALSO.

I have also applied phone connection through online registration last month along with Rs 500/- in cash. i was also assured by the rep. that the connection will be given with in 7-10 working days, but nearly a full month is gone and i have not received a single reply. when i called them they keep on saying that you will get your connection in 2-3 days but nothing happens.
this is a real fraud i guess.

I HAD A WRONG PERCEPTION ABOUT DISTANCE TELECOM LIMITED.
WHEN I EN-QUIRE ABOUT IT, I FIND THERE WAS A TECHNICAL ISSUES WITH MTNL LINES AND THAT'S WHY I GET MY CONNECTION WAS DELAYED, NOW I AM FULLY SATISFIED WITH DISTANCE TELECOM LIMITED.
I LIKE TO SUGGEST, IF YOU ARE NOT GETTING YOUR MTNL CONNECTIONS YOU MAIL TO DISTANCE TELECOM. mtnl.[protected]@distancetelecom.com
