[Resolved]  Dna Newspaper — Non receiving of newspaper

From the month of april the vendor has stopped delivering paper he says DNA agency is not supplying paper to vendors they are asking to pay extra 300, DNA guys had come to my officein and there i paid 299 cash and subscribed for one year sce. but i got the paper only for 3 months, is this the SAD service provided by DNA. its a shame to u guys and am not able to contact DNA also it always busy dont know wid what

since one year regularly got the newspaper daily.last seven days i didn't get the newspaper.i had enquried to the agent, but agent was not responding his no. is not working .i am already paid the payment through the cheque.what should i do ???such thing should not happen with news paper who thing they will be no. ! in this field, how can u achieve your goal if your attitude is like this, i thing u may loss not only your customer but also loss trust & finally business.

Dna Newspaper — change of address

as i shifted my residence from s.p.road to v.v.puram since 1-6-09 and i am truing to contact the dna newspaper through telephone, emails & sms but no reply from anyone very poor service kindly call as newspaper to be delivered at changed residence my contact no [protected]

Dna Newspaper — Problem with Agency

Dear Sir/Madam,
I have subscribed for your daily newspaper and had recieved a booklet for the same. I was supposed to give my agent one slip for every month and in return he would provide me the DNA newspaper everyday. I was not able to contact an agent to take up this job for me so i contacted Mr. Ashok a shop(Sabhari Newspaper and Magazines) owner near my house(Wilson garden) and he agreed to provide me with the news paper everyday. He asked me to submit the book with him and i have to collect the paper from him everyday.
I enjoyed reading your daily newspaper everyday for a month as my father (aged 72) used to walk up to his shop everyday and collect the copy for the particular day. After a month Mr.Asok stopped giving us the daily neswpaper and demanded Rs15/month as service charge. I agreed to pay him the said amount if he delivered the paper at my doorstep.he did not agree to that. I asked him to give me back the booklet which i had given to him. He kept on giving us reasons that it will be delivered to us by courrier.
It has been 3 months since he has not giving us a copy of our daily news paper and when contacted him a month ago he raged back stating " Do what so ever u want" and tried to hurt me physically.
I have contacted the Customer care for DNA and they put me onto a person named Rajesh(Incharge of Wilson Garden area) - [protected] who tried his level best to ask this Mr. Asok to give me my daily newspaper. But he has turned a deaf ear to him too.

I hereby request the authorities to take some action so that i will be able to get my daily news paper and not make such agents trouble the consumer.

Dna Newspaper Bangalore — Lucky Draw

While paying annual subscription they told that there would be a lucky draw with in 30 days from launching the paper. Paper was launched in Bangalore on December 2008. Up to know there is no information on Lucky Draw and when call them and ask about lucky draw they are saying the same answer "Lucky Draw will be there with in few days".

I think they are simply avoiding it. Government should take action. At least few of the customers should launch a complaint against DNA News Paper.

I booked DNA News Paper on 24 November 2008, My Booklet no -1126140, For one year period. Your Vendor Didnot Supply news paper since last two months, I complained too much times but they are not give me satisfactory reply so i request you please take my complaint as seriously and call me as soon as possible .

If News paper like DNA cannot stand by what they have promised during the launch..then how can we trust their publications...By this it shows how you can take public for a ride, Its shameful.

DNA Vendor not given me daily paper

Yesterday and today my newspaper did not come.
It happens once in a while.
When I complined to the AGENT vellu/Rajesh Upadhyaya this morning he started to cheque if my subscription is paid or not.
Some body from DNA office contacted and asked if the coupons are delivered to the agent?
Please note my subscription was paid on 17.04.2009, my booklet no is 1820284.
Can anyone find out why such irregularities?

Do u remember the lucky draw, baja pulsar's, laptops, cash rewards, u made a commitment that lucky draw will be opened on the no. of dna booklet which contains the monthly receipts. I never heard any thing about, when it announced in publicly and also one monthly dna magazine but the vendor says dna people never gave them to distribute, i also contacted the agency people, they magazine we have other office and we not concerned about it .

DNA — NO NEWSPAPER INSPITE OF SUBSCRIPTIONS.

I HAVE SUBCRIBED TO DNA SINCE MAY 2009, THE VENDOR HAS TAKEN ALL THE VOUCHERS FROM ME TILL APRIL 2010. BUT HE HAS STOPPED GIVEING ME NEWSPAER SINCE THE START OF THIS MONTH I.E SEPT 2009. WHAT IS THE USE OF AN YEARLY SUBCRIBTION IF I CAN'T AVAIL THE FACILITY?

I TRIED CONTACTING DNA ON THEIR CUSTOMER CARE NO. BUT NO ANSWER!
NOW I DONNO WHR TO GET THS PROBLEM SOLVED AS THE NEWSPAOPER VENDOR IS TOO RUDE AND HUMILIATING.

I am a regular reader of DNA newspaper since last one year.{from May 2008to June2009]by paying Rs.299 & getting coupons.From june 2009 onwards I dont have coupons but want to continue the subscription for the year from July 2009 to June 2010 & purchase the coupons.pl. help me.

I am also having sameproblem with DNA. Since the paper belonged to a reputed group, i as lead to believe they are genuine. After delivering paper for just one month, the hawker has stopped the service. He has informed me that the newspaper has withdrwn the scheme. If so why not return the money. I dont think the situation is so bad that dainik bhaskara group has to sustain on cheated money

I am insisted to wrote the mail to your attention because o[censored]navailability of news paper to my residence situated at Sec- 23, Nerul (Sea Wood), Navi Mumbai - 400706.

I have made my one year subscription fees, but iam not receiving the news paper regularly Daily.
In every month three /four days they are not delivered the news paper to my residance. I have paid for the whole year then why I am not getting regularly daily.

I have already Informed to your area incharge but there is no improvements upto till date.

DNA annual subscription has lot of problems. I also took the annual subscription last year. Most of the weeks paper used to miss for atleast two days. I complaind to DNA office many times, no action taken. From last two months I am not receiving the news paper. For this also I complained with DNA, as usual no actions taken.

I have subscribed for one year supply of DNA News paper, and i was issued with Booklet bearing no.022994. For one year there was no neqws about the Newspaper supply. With great difficulty I could find out the paper's local rep Mr.Ravi Ph.[protected], a rep. of DNA news paper Vijaynagar area, who suggested me to give all the 12 coupens to Mr.Dhananjay, a newspaper agent at Saraswathynagar, & who will supply the paper for one year as per the promise by the newspaper management. But after supplying for 10 and a half month, suddenly stopped supply of paper without any notice . On enquiry the agent Mr Dhananjay informs that the company is not supplying the paper even though he had submitted the coupens for the same. On complaint to the newspaper rep Mr.Ravi, promised to look in to the matter . But now he is also avoiding to receive any phone call to talk. Thus, the newspaper agency after increasing its circulation getting advance money from the customers has been cheating in not supplying the paper and responding to complaint need to be condemned and publicised widely.

We are listning since long that DNA Delhi edition will comming soon.
