CHIEF EDITOR- DNA NEWSPAPERS - It is unfortunate that I am complaining against your own newspaper in your own complaint column, let us see how helpful it is. Even last year, your representative visited our residenc only when complaint was lodged with you. I am a avid reader of your papers almost after it hit the market but for more than almost two months, the newspaper guy has stopped by fav daily. I hv sent number of SMSs and I am getting prompt reply - somebody will approach me but I do not when he will approach me. Your marketing department especially in Borivali is non responsive. In fact you should set up a system wherein just 15 days prior to expiry, somebody from marketing department should visit, pick up the cheque and do not take extreme step of discontinuation.
