I AM ONE OF THE DIE HARD FAN OF DOCOMO, BUT RECENT SERVICE PROVIDED BY THEM SHOWS THERE ATTITUDE TOWARDS THERE CUSTOMERS ARE GOING DOWNWARDS. MY NUMBER [protected] - I HAVE ACTIVATED SMS SERVICE BY DIALING *141*238# AND RECEIVED AN SMS STATING YOUR REQUEST WILL BE ACTIVATED IN 2HOURS TIME ON 16.09.12, TODAY IS 17.09.12 I WAS SHOCKED TO SEE MY BALANCE WAS VERY VERY LOW, FOR ALL THE SMS I HAVE SENT, THEY HAVE DEDUCTED FROM MY BALANCE WITHOUT EVEN LETTING ME KNOW, I WONDER WHAT KIND OF SERVICE THEY PROVIDE? I TRIED CALLING SO MANY TIMES TO 121, AND AFTER WAITING MORE THAN 5 MIN FOR THE CUSTOMER SERVICE TO ATTEND THE CALL NO RESPONSE[protected]------- TRIED AGIAN AND AT LAST ONE PERSON SPOKE AND MADE ME WAIT FOR CALL TRANSFER TO ANOTHER JERK , A GIRL SPOKE SO RUDELY, RATHER THAN ANSWERING MY QUESTION, SHE WAS RUDE ONLY IN DISCONNECTING THE CALL, FOR THIS DAMIT SERVICE - I HAVE BEEN USE THIS DOCOMO AND ACTIVATED ALL KINDS OF SERVICE PROVIDED BY THEM !!
