Domestic Gas — irregular and delayed supply of Domestic Gas Cylinder | |||
Ref: Customer K No. 03572, Bal Krishan Gupta, R/o 5, Rail Vihar, Pitampura, Delhi-34 registered at Dagar Gas Station, Rohini. Respected Sir, I , B.K.Gupta R/o 5, Rail Vihar, Pitampura, Delhi-34 is facing problem of irregular supply of Indane Gas refilling Cylinder. I would like to draw your kind attention towards the malfunctioning of the above said service station.Firstly, They have stopped taking booking of Domestic Gas Cylinder on Telephone, customer has to book it by visiting their gas station. Secondly, there is a time gap of 30 days in supply of cylinder, after booking it. even after several reminders for the gas cylinders to the agency,status of the gas is same. No cylinder has been received by me since last month. No strict action has been taken by the agency in improving their service. Due to such short supply of LPG cylinder and negligence of the Dagar Gas Station , I am facing a lot of difficulties. Therefore, I request you to please look into the matter and please take strict and immediate action against the Agency. I Shall be thankful to you. Domestic Gas — additional gas cylender
Dear Sir/ MadamI am staying in Usgao, Ponda Goa, I had connection of two gas cylender but i had taken only one cylender from your agency i, e Chamunda Agency, Tiska Usgao Goa . now i want 2nd cylender But your agent is refusing to provide another cylender for me.
Please help me.

Domestic Gas — negligence in customer services
our branch in shailmar bagh named DEEP GAS AGENCY CODE NO 9107180 is not listening to our repeated complaints of less gas in our domestic cylinders having repeatedly complained about it in reply they say that we can only book our no. only after 21 days whereas the same vendours offer us the same gas in black for rs 500/- pls suggest that what shall we do as this time our cylinder onl uas filled with less than half and the gas ran only 7 days .please take prompt action or less we will have to cut down our relation with indion oil.
