[Resolved] Domino's Pizza — Amount deducted from credit card but order did not go through | |||
I ordered dominos using the mobile app and selected credit card payment. The payment went through and my credit card was charged 599.61 rupees. However, the order was canceled. The message on mobile phone said that "the order did not go through and the amount will be refunded in X days" I say X because the actual time was hidden under the dominos logo (how irritating). I have two issues with this. First if they cannot handle credit card on their mobile app, why do they have the option. This is cheating. Now I have to constantly keep an eye on my credit card for an unknown number of days. Secondly, I dont know what X means. It could be 1 day of 100 days. Their app has not been tested well and now we customers have to suffer and lose money. This is absurd. I would like dominos to refund the money at the earliest (within 48 hours), otherwise this is going to be a hassle for me (and them, since I will publicize this issue everywhere on the Internet). WARNING to all people: Do not use dominos online app for any other payment apart from CASH, otherwise your money might be lost. Was this information helpful? | |||
