This complaint is regarding three things:
1) In Efficient Manager and staff
- Most of the team, Manager included, make up their own policies and rules. I can understand that the team members can be true but I don't think customers should be the harassed to train these new members. That is the responsibility of the Manager and Dominos.
2) Bad quality of Food and packaging
- The quality of food and even the packaging is ridiculously 'Dhaba' style. Just dump everything on the plate without concern about the portions or even distribution of toppings. Once I actually received a pizza with three pieces of bread and three pieces with ALL the topping.
- Even the packaging is dirty and needs to be wiped at home before we can even open the packaging.
3) Non-Compliance of 30 minute guarantee
- I never get the FREE pizza. Once I got a 300 rupee discount and other times I got arguments and stupid reasons for not making it on time. One of the most hilarious one was that Dominos is only responsible for delivering the order till the society gate. And it can take much longer to deliver to your door step. Is the company trying to cheat clients?
An international brand is turning into an Indian nightmare. Will someone look into this? I wonder.
