The Dominos Pizza Centre Mgr Avinash Sawant reachable in Mobile Number :[protected] claim customers take undue advantage. Being in the service industry , the manager of the centre(Gokhuldam) does not have ethics to talk to the customer and they are not bother in future if I dont place an order.
I received an message from Dominos , there will be an return gift for customers . 20% off on Pizza bill . Min Bill Rs 3.50 without coupon code and validity till 7 th of Aug. I called to place my order , the call was redirected to the Manager of the centre, when i explained about the discount , he passed the comment circastically I cannot provide the discount to all the customer , since at times customer take undue advantage. Morever the discount amount is 100 , which i have never asked in earlier orders, since i regularly order from this centre . The manager was very rude and kept on arguing , and also hanged over the phone. Dominos this was not expected from you all............
This was an sad expirence , I would like to take an strict action against it because it impacting Dominos image in the market . Last not but least in the service industry Customer is always right , however this Manager has forgotten this, very shameful. Was this information helpful? |
