Since I posted my complain in detail about last evening rude and impolite service by Domino's staff at Vile Parle West outlet, I wish to now furtheer enlighten thee general public who may read theis forum about thee earlier encounter.
It was around 3 monthes ago, I do not recall thee date, as I had theought it to be only 2nd encounter and hence had let it go. The incident is like theis.I had placed an order and when it did not arrive for almost an hour I called theem up. They informed me theat thee person had just left 10min ago and was on his way. Believing theem, I waited. When it did not arrive after anotheer 30 min or so, I again called up, and theis time theey said, it should have reached, I should be patient. Incidentally, the outlet and my home are exactly around 1.5kms away, as measured by the odometer on my car.
Finally after the 3rd or 4th call, they said, there is some mistake the order has not been dispatched. They were very busy and so on.
In between, the staff would just disconnect thee phone, I would have to call back again and so on. It was pure harassment and afterwards I just gave up. NO DELIVERY EVER CAME,and we ended up cooking food, as it was too late to start ordering elsewhere too.
This is DOMINOS SERVICE.
They can get away because in India sadly the consumer forums are not so active due to many reasons. In a country like US, they would have paid very dearly in terms of money and reputation and loss of business for such behaviour.

On 29th Aug, around 7pm, I placed an order on phone, which they took, assuring me of delivery within 30min. At 1945hrs I called up to ask them and they acted surprised about my order. When speaking in details, they realised the mistake and disconnected the phone. I called up again, and this time another staff member spoke, so I explained all over everything. Then I was asked to place fresh order. I was also told that my earlier order was placed only at 1937. I challenge this, and you can take MTNL records to verify when my outgoing call was made. I made the mistake of not asking the order number nor also name of the staff who took my order. Well, finally I neither recvd my order, which they actually confirmed the 2nd time, actually my 3rd call, since 2nd call was diconnected by them. Earlier also this happened, but I let it go. Yet on another occassion on a sunday they made delay, and when I called up asking about the free delivery due to delay they mentioned it is not applicable since it was weekend. But I was not told of any delay when placing the order, nor I was informed of different rule applying in case of weekedn. That time too, they disconnected the call, and I had to make several calls. FInally they never delivered that day also, saying they were too busy.
Well, I do not wish to let go of this rudeness just like this. I do not want free pizza. I want justice, and they shuld publilcly acknowledge that they have got rude untrained staff. I also believe the organization does not treat its employees nicely and hence they behave like this with customers.
Pls kindly let me know what action you will take. I intned to further put this also in newspapers to inform the general public about it. I have already seen on different web sites, enough complains about Dominos Pizza, their rude staff, poor service.
