Real Estate Cheating
Dreamzinfra is a another company of Squarefoot Properties. They are doing this because they have cheated many customers with Squarefoot Properties.

They sell flats costing 25 lacs (supposedly) for 7 lacs. Can you believe this joke?
I am a victim of their project already in Bellandur and and can tell you their boss Sachin/Kanhaiya are cheats. They sold me the 5th floor and now are not completing it. Do not buy anything from them.

YES. Drear friends, they are open cheaters in Bangalore. as a customer when inquired about the project passion sarjapur road, they said that as a launching offer they will give two bhk flat for 8 lacks . this amount we have to make them immediately with in 3 month from the date of booking . that to they are not arranging for home loan, we have to take personal loan and complete the payment. they take 5 years to complete . nobody knows when they are starting construction, taking approval etc . in their website they have given 8 floors elevation but they are telling like it is g+4 floors building . dear friends pls don't book with them it is your hard earn money . pls invest where you feel is worth. they are the big time cheaters. they will grab your money and run. BE CARE FULL - THEY ARE ONTHER ORANGE PROPERTY in Bangalore who have offered benz car for the villa. they are now in jail. THEY CLAIM that this is the first project construction they are doing, how can they take this much big project in first stage itself. they are also not financialY strong, they were doing just brokerage work in Bangalore by selling illegal properties to the innocents.it is going to be a 7th wonders in the world if they start project and complete in . SO MY REQUEST IS PLS READ CAREFULLY COMPANY HISTORY BEFORE BOOKING FLAT . EVEN 8-9 LAKHS IS ALSO NOT A SMALL AMOUNT . THANKS.

they are Frauds.. all know who is sqft props.. those who wrote good reviews- if any of you have guts give your flat num and telephone number.. squarefoot frauds hired group of peoples to write a good reviews abt their company. .. Bunch of thieves and frauds... dont ever pay single penny and fall into their trap... i still didnt get my monmey back...a request to website administrator. Please check all the good reviews its written by same ip.. Guys.. Pls dont fall into their trap..
problem same with all of us.. v all can join together and take severe action against those frauds..i have all the Emails and sms chains exchanged awith sqft properties.. today i spoken to sachin and he told me u r a ordinary person..u r bugging me for ten thousand and writing reviews in net.. we will not refund money.. he threatened me and used bad words... i recorded that call..i have all the prrof against them.

hello everyone, i am not agree to anyone who told " cheated by Dreamz Infra because this is not right, actually the matter of fact Dreamz Infra only the real estate company who provides the world class flats with many more facilities like hyper market, swimming pool, Gym, security, wonderful water fall etc @ less budget then how can anyone cheated by Dreamz Infra so i suggest everyone to buy a flat from Dreamz Infra, thanks...

its truly correct..they are the no.1 in terms of fraud...i was the ex employee of dreamz infra...they make only fake promises with customers to give their dream house...but il never happen..trust me or else get cheated..its ur money and so is your decision..

I am not agree with this point like dreamz infra doing cheat and all.
I think in all over bangalore dreamz infra is the only one who is doing the right work in real estate world .i experienced and i believe after searching flats in different-2 place finally i visited dreamzinfra and there i got which i want.
so i don't believe like dreamz infra is doing cheat with their customer.

Thanks guys, i was about to go ahead for thier project in silk board, and was lucky to go through this page, shows the credibilty of the builder, guess everything in b**ll Sh*&t. these guys gave me call from 9845402258, name stella, guess she is also born to a b*&%$h and a B&^%$#D from dreamz infra

Hi dear one's i do not agree on above words... why because they have explained me, every thing about there projects how exactly it works out and how we ll be beneficial at present and as well as in future so i;m totally satisfied with their service and i booked a flat @ silk board SAROVAR project .. and i would like suggest you to buy a flat.. so that you can save your money up to 15 lakhs...

Guys, be very clear before making statements. My self taken 1 flat and still in approval stage (Approval Awaiting), believe they can have this approval in place very soon.
If they are really a fraud builders? why will they invest 1200 Crores to buy Sarovar Project Land. Keeping this aside they had very clearly explained that their all projects are in initial phases. Pretty sure they will take an average of 18 Months to complete 1 Project and logically it is true.
When they are in the initial stages how is it possible to make a statements that their all projects are bogus? one reality is that they are targeting middle class families by offering less Sq Feet with more advantages. No Surprise if anyone taking lesser sq feet will have lesser price. Please understand the reality that 1 Sq Feet rate in Virat Nagar is ranging from 2400 - 3700. Depending on the what type of land (A Katha, B Katha and Others).
Being such bigger projects, do you think they will construct apartments with B Katha? be clear guys before making statements. Please do the ground work and come back. There was a statement made above by one of the victim, show me one place where you are getting land for 8 Lks in Sarjapura? if so then that is panchayathi land, why will Dreamz team will go for such lands and sell to us. Please refine your statements and look at the ground reality..
Finally I feel they can give us the best deals with more benefits; as they recently started close to 16 Projects in Bangalore. So we cannot blame them till they complete their project. Lets see the reality after completing their at-least 1 project. Refer to Rupena Agrahara Project, chances are there that they can complete this project in next 10 Months.

They got criminal back ground the existing clients those who had booked the flat do you think they wil get the flat to u. no not at all, with u r money itself sachin naik the gr8 theif done an agreement with the landlord giving intial token advance rest he wil commit he wil pay within a year to the landlord then he wil start prelaunch offer starts booking with 100% payment option customer obviously attracts for offer then he wil ranaway. customer and the landlord wil face the problem case wil be registered on him but he wil not be available for you he wil settle in u.s one fine day jump jeelani same old story when he started frontline builders in 2007 in cv raman nagar.

I agree that there is some catch in their offers. And, its fishy.
Asking for full 100% as down payment and calling it as 40% discount is totally misleading. No reputed builder will do that. When I inquired for finer details they promised me a sight visit but no one showed up to pickup. The receptionist never revealed her name. These are all signs of dis reputed and amateur builders. I suggest no one should invest hard earned money for this kind of builder. I strongly feel that by asking 100% or even 50% down payment they are working on ponzi scheme style. Your money will be used to service my money and someone else's money will be used to service your money, & so on. At the end the balloon will burst and most of the people will have lost their money.

I am new in Banglore and wish to invest in Flats in E-city. Was attracted to Advt. by Dreamz Infra; however taken a retreat . Would someone suggest a good Builder with Reputation. Does any one has an Idea about following builders
a)Definer- Building near KR Pura
b) Astra
c)Habitat Group
Pls advice...?
