I have been charged for this product which I did not order. I ordered a Norton Security update because my system continued with alert notices interrupting my work. The order was online for a reasonable $25. update.

I have been charged for the anti-virus update, when I called and immediately cancelled the order. I only wanted to see what the update was about, and the order went thru. You owe me $72.67. I will file a fraud charge against you with my credit card.d329f
On 6/20/09, I renewed my Norton 360 subscription for one (1) year for a fee of $69.99, plus tax of $5.86,

totaling $75.85. Why am I being charged an additional $69.99? My order # is VAB30960593. On my

credit card statement dated 6/20/09 are two charges from Norton and Symantec, a $69.99 and $75.85.

Please look into this extra charge and have my credit card debited. I will be following up on this charge.
I just recently updated my Norton Antivirus. What do you know I got charged an extra 35.99 for symantec and I want a refund.
I ordered a renewal for Norton AntiVirus June 15, 2009 & I thought it did not process completely. So then I reordered on June 20, 2009 & I got the confirmation that the process was complete. Then as I continued to use the Internet the days that pop up on the antivirus show as decreasing for 1 year, which is all I asked for. Then came my Visa statement & I was billed
"TWICE" in the amount of $57.98 for the Antivirus renewal. Would someone please take care of this billing charge of 1 extra year & remove it from my Visa bill, because I only asked for 1 year renewal. So far I have not heard anything back from you people. my checking acct was debited $ 68.98 by DRI symantec myord (whatever that is!!!), I was told by my bank that a 2nd charge of $39.99 is coming through also. I have NO ORDER NUMBER... I never ordered, nor did i ever hear of this company!! I am quite outraged by this unathorized usage of my debit card. This is highly illegal!!!My bank gave me all the necessary paperwork to file a complaint and advised me to file a police report which i will do once the 2nd charge of $39.99 comes through. What NERVE of this company!!! I will take this to the fullest!!!
have no intention of paying twice for something i can only download once your company charged me twice to renew subscription for the norton 360 knowing it can only be downloaded once it really doesnt make common sense not to have some kind of feature that would prevent this from happening please refund my money asap times are tough and that is 69.99 that i could use for gas.
I purchased the Verizon Netbook and ordered the Norton 360 for $114.99 for three computers which was offered when I turned on the Netbk the first time. I downloaded it (no other computers yet) and it won't install. It just keeps running and telling me to restart my computer. I have no protection! I can't get the window closed nor get it to install. I was then charged $260.40 (in addition to my $114.99) on my bill which I don't intend to pay. I can't even get your product to work on one of the three computers why would I pay for more? I am really annoyed with having traveled for four days and every time I turn the netbook on, I get an annoying window that won't close and tells me to restart the computer only to have it start up and supposedly re-install. I would like someone to contact me and explain. If I don't hear from someone or receive a contact number to talk to an English speaking person, I will consider canceling the amount on my credit card as I don't have the product nor can use the product. I don't know how to contact someone and found this site by using Google and the words on my credit card bill.
It appears you guys are less than honest with your sales practices. I ordered an update of Norton 360 for $59.00. My card was charged $119.00. How does this happen??? I would not have ordered the product at that price. I want a refund of the $50.00 overage.

How do you stay in business with practices like this. It will be my last order with Norton if I am not authorized a refund and I will tell everyone I know to check the complaint site out to show your companies foolish business practices!
I ordered, what I thought was a renewal of, Norton Anti Virus, and then received a charge of $49.99 on my Bank of America Statement of that amount to: DRI SYMANTEC WWW.MYORD.COMMN. I wish that payment to go to Norton Anti Virus for the protection for a year! Is it?

DRI Symantec Generic — This product did not down load properly

I wasn't able to download this product.
I'm having problems with this computer and will not putting it into use until the one of many problems are resolved.
I am requesting a refund be made to my Mastercard account until further notice.

I want to know where the number is to call to talk with a real person...and I don't want have to pay a fee to talk to them. i called an 800 number and they said it cost 3.99 to talk with a technican, that is outrageous!!! NOT only that the damn thing don't work and the same thing keeps popping up on my computer. I WANT A REFUND ON MY CREDIT CARD A.S.A.P.!!! or I will file fraud charges and my bank is willing to help me...I want a REFUND!!! you can contact me [protected]@yahoo.com...And I DO NOT WANT TO SEE AN ADDITIONAL CHARGES ON MY CARD!!! I tried to download the Norton Anti Virus on 7/21/09, but it didn't work. I canceled the request immediately. I was told the credit would take up to 10 business days. They were quick to charge the $59.99 to my credit card, but to date (8/10/09) there has been no credit. I'm contacting my credit card company.

I was told that this was for Norton and was charged more then what I was estimated for!

dri* symante — 4 charges on my bank statment

can you please explain why i have 4 bank charges on my latest statment all within 2 days of each other 4th aug £7.99p & £54.99p and on the 6th aug £8.99 &£59.99
Does anybody knows how to get a their phone number? I don't know how to get the money back, we got charge $121.98 by DRI Symantec and another $54.99 by Norton Annual. The first charge was not authorized, and I am worried they'll send a virus to my computer if I cancel the payment through my credit card. Any comments?
