I gave one important CD to my brother at chhatarpur(M.P) to professional courier for delivery on 18th of DEC 2009 paying 40/- for the service with full recipient address and phone number along with my address. They said to me that your packet is lost .i have send my parcel to ashish chaurasia 29 new colony chhatarpur (M.P) 471001 .I send this packet form gurgaon haryana 122001 but the till date the parcel is not reached to the destination my docket no is 2200304 this CD was very costly so please tell me what will happen my contact no. I recieved 2 charges on my credit card for norton virus downloads that i dont even have!One was for $64.99&$74.99!My computer was in the shop and i dont have norton.I want these charges taking off my credit card,i wont pay for something i didnt want or have!Thank You,Please respond to this soon,before my bill is do.
