Driving License — Not get driving lic. since 3 months

Dear sir/Mam,
my driving LIC no. DL[protected]
I am not getting my driving licence yet since 3 months from rohini sec 15 delhi transport department.
I have a complained regarding that to india post also
complaint no. [protected]

I tried a lot in post office & DL dept. But no body listen me.
