[Resolved]  DTDC — Poor Service

DTDC is claiming himself as India's number one courier company on their site ( www.dtdc.com) , which will attract normal customers to do the business with them. They are also marketing their online tracking information tool, which will help customer to find out their consignment status over the web. But ground reality are too bitter, they are worst than worst from any low profile courier company.

I have booked one courier for Paripally via DTDC, on Wednesday (13-feb-2008) with consignment # M33934454, which supposed to be deliver on 2nd day 15-feb-2008. But it was not delivered yet and contacted their cc and branch offices as well but no use,this all shows that how DTDC is working and how good they are in to provide the service to the customer.

Neither they have enough knowledge of Municipal area of any locality nor also are they giving wrong information on their tracking site also.

So it is better avoid using DTDC services, but if you are interested to have tensions then DTDC is best company, who can give you tensions in package deal. It is better to give consignment to Indian Postal Department, at-least they will charge less compare to DTDC and will delivery in same time frame.
