[Resolved] Dtdc Courier — Re: No trace of my Package.

Dear sir,
I have booked a packet containing some important documents on 20/08/2010 at DTDC Courier (Babunia More office) weighed 2.150 kg and they charged me Rs. 360. My consignment no. is "K43021784". Hence the package is to be delivered in HISAR (Haryana). But till now there is no trace of that package. Even the tracking system of DTDC Courier company is not providing any suitable information and there is no details available on the website of DTDC. Please take a severe action against DTDC.

I have not received the below said parcel as on date even after repeated follow ups from local offices of DTDC. Response from their local representatives is pathetic. Even I tried to send our representatives to their offices twice but in vain. Their services are bitter than a normal post these days. I shall request all my suppliers not to dispatch any of the doc & parcel from DTDC if I could not get the response & parcel within today. Whetever status has been uploaded on the net tracking is all crap.
