I had booked one packet(small) on 30/7/09 for delivery at Leh at DTDC office at Sunder Vihar New Delhi vide Consignment Note Z93571188. I was charged special charges for Leh as packet was to be sent by air. DTDC did not deliver this packet in time and relevance of same was lost. On checking with DTDC tracking system, this consignment was being shown "IN TRANSIT". Enquiries made at DTDC office at Sunder Vihar office evoked no reply. A complaint was lodged on DTDC website vide no FDB0028930, which was replied that there is no service for Leh and your packet is being returned on 20/8/09. It may please be noted that DTDC web site is showing office address at Leh and its offices are accepting consignments for the destination. Even after reminding number of times to local office and to customer service, it seems DTDC has turned deaf/ blind and are not listening/looking into consumer complaints. I request you to highlight this casual approach to concerned and get my expenses incurred as special charges and consignment back. Was this information helpful? | 
Never ever trust this company such a big lier and never deliver things on time. And specially after you pay everything for your courier and paid all GST n all. They are getting blind and dumb no reply for the email 0 respons. Just pretending as if they are talking action but not at all. I made such a big mistake by trusting this service so I don't want anyone els make the same mistake to trust DTDC courier services in Toronto coz I face this problem. Don't trust at all it's useless n waisting of money and time.
