DTDC Courier — Items stolen from the packets
Dear Sir,We sent rakhee to our relatives along with the gifts by DTDC courier from Mumbai to Muzaffarpur. Unfortunately, half of the items were stolen from the packet before delivery. I made a complaint to them about the same on 12th August and they replied that the same will be addressed within 24 hours and I am not receiving post that. I have written couple of reminder mails to them but no response. This is clear case of stealing and they are not responding because they know thats the fact.
DTDC — 2 items stolen from a packet
My courier no. was : A14792078 . It was sent from Gandhinagar to Kolkata. 3 items were sealed in a single packet.One was a salwar suit, one shirt and one necklace set.It was delivered on time but thepacket contained a single item when it reached the receipient.The shirt and the necklace set was missing.Somebody opened the packet on transit and had taken out the costly necklace set and the shirt.
After taking out the items, the packet was sealed as if nothing had happened.This is the worst courier service in India at present.I have never faced such problem in Blue Dart and other courier services.The entire DTDC service is corrupt and I request all to please avoid sending useful documents in this courier as there is high chance of your documents being stolen by DTDC officials who are nothing but a set of thieves who thrive by stealing other people's items.

DTDC — Phone stolen from the packet
Sub: Phone stolen from the DTDC Packet (sent by HCL)I was supposed to receive a Tracksuit and a Mobile Phone from HCL as per a scheme on laptop purchase (Sl No. 9094AX099108). As per the HCL support center, they had delivered both the items by DTDC (DTDC Courier & Cargo Ltd.) courier shipment number V02709917.
I received a packet containing tracksuit but the mobile phone was missing.
DTDC — No update of Complaint
I have registered my complaint (Cn. No. D[protected] on 12/5/2015 so far I haven't received any update from the company. Please look into the matter ASAP. Its causing us lots of delay and losses. Pen Drives and some most documents — missing my courier
Dear Sir,This is to inform you that I have sent a courier (2 Pen drives and some importants documents) from Mathura your krishna nagar office.on 25th June 2008 with POD number[protected] to jaipur(Mr. Deepak Garg, 1148, Kisan Marg, Barkat Nagar, Tonk Fatak, Jaipur), but the packet was missing from your side, So i complaint to your mathura courier office and agra office and delhi office also but i was not received any satisfied response from your side.my orignal docket copy, bill of pen drives (Rs. 1700.00)was also sending on your agra zonal office and again second copy of all documents i was sent to your agra zonal office but i'm facing only delay from your side.one year was also completed with my complaint but i don't receive a proper answer on your side.
So, I would request you to look into the matter and do the needful.
