we are sent the importent document through courier to DURG, CHATTIGARH STATE at balanager branch vide d.no.H64941581 on 05.10.09 but it was not yet delivered to our party. please conform the same as we need speedy delivered the doc.

DTDC — Non delivery & no response
Hello Sir,I'm writing this to you after trying all possible means to reach to DTDC. I had sent a parcel from Bangalore to Ranchi on 11th Dec'09 through DTDC courier, consignment no. B58454272. It is more than a month now but the consignment is not delivered till date. On their website they have updated the status as "consignment lost" but none of their customer service representatives are accepting this. To add to that I have made numerous calls as well as sent so many mails and feedback on their website and sadly nobody has bothered to respond to those. It's an absolute harassment and agony to deal with such non responsive companies. How can they lose a parcel which is being sent through private courier and not even bother to respond? The parcel itself was of more than Rs. 1000 and I had paid Rs. 260 as the courier charge to DTDC. I have got the receipt copy with me for reference. I sincerely request you to look into this matter and please help this anguished customer.

Today I received consignment no. D02668095 addressed to my wife.
The consignment doesn't mention the name and addresss of the consignor. It simply mentions the number "ZL3896" against the name of the consignor.
I strongly feel that the consignee or her/his representative has a right to know who the consignor is. Also, DTDC shouldn't be allowing people to send anonymous parcels.
I mentioned this fact to the delivery boy. I found him very indifferent to my cause and, on top of it, rude. He said, "I have 100 consignments to deliver. You either accept this consignment or I will return the
consignment'. This, I believe, is no way to treat a customer. He didn't
seem to understand me or, as is more likely, he didn't really care.
I expect a proper explanation in this matter within 24 hours from the time of this email.
