[Resolved] DTDC — Not delivering parcel even after 8 days

Consignment No Z02920392 was booked from Amritsar on 27 Aug 2013. The destination was Shillong. As per tracking records the consignment is still at Delhi from 28 Aug 2013. No forward movement has been made despite repeated request to Delhi and Guwahati office. Call centre at [protected] does not respond. Office at Shillong and Guwahati does not pick phone. In absence of any means of redressal, it is not understood as to why the consignment is not being delivered even after 8 DAYS Its urgent consignment and the same is required to be delivered immediately. my consignment no-D27405298 has not yet been delivered.tracking shows different status of my courier, one shows its in delhi regional office and the other in dehradun branch.eargent notes and books are there. it was booked on 11/4/2016 from agartala to dehradun and after 14/4/2016 it shows no progess in the tracking status.consider me please a valuable amount of money is been charged.

My doc no. D28769081 is not yet has been delivered from Bangalore dtdc customer care is so irresponsible they dont even pick the phone call wherein i had booked the books on very first day of the issue schools are reopening tomorrow and i still didn't get the books
dtdc please if you cant do your job, dont provide such services and trouble us.
Appoint a responsible person who can do his job properly.
