[Resolved]  dual technology — Cell phone tower installation

I am very much unhappy with the customer service as received over the phone Today as I called regarding some clarification and to inquire about the local office in Kolkata. Sweta Sharma attended the call but she was very rude over the phone. She is unable to handle the customer's query.

Kindly remove her and appoint someone who can give proper information and can deal with the customers professionally.

There was a Add in recent times of India news paper, the Company dual technology offers to install a cell phone tower in your property and provide you rent for the same. They charge Rs 6300 as site survey charges which is refundable in case the site is not suitable. They take payments though DD or online transfers and once the payment is done again before installation they want us to pay government tax of total 44, 000/ in two installments ie, 31, 000/ & other 13, 000/ & the customer service is pathetic not responding properly. we did not receive any communication from them. The only number available is a contact center phone number who do not respond properly. The website does not provide any alternate contact details. the company is located in Gujarat. It was clear that once the payment is done for the amount of 6, 300 their technical team would visit the site for inspection, but none of them turned up & their is no proper response the now the contact no is usually switched off.

Request to guide on the same.
