dual technology — Tower installation

Hi,

There was a paper add in Times of India from Dual technologies and are proposing to install cell phone towers on your property providing rental income. They charge Rs 6300 for survey which is refundable incase the site/location is not suitable. Post payment, we do not hear back from them. They have a call center number who are not providing any clear information. the website www.dualtechnology.net does not give any alternate phone number.

Please advice.
