[Resolved]  Vodafone — recharge denied by vodafone

I have a vodafone number [protected].. i recharged my number with Rs 201 roaming pack (as shown in their recharge plans chart for july) on 31st july at 11.30 am but neither did i receive any benefit nor any recharge was done...when i went to the dealer he checked and said the recharge was succesful so i called the customer care nd they are saying you will not receive any benefits as we do not have any such plan..nobody is helping me out at vodafone so i had to write this complaint..

My name is Amit Jalan, my vodafone no. is [protected]. last month after talking to one of vodafone customer care executive named JAGDISH on 27/03/2009 at around 10:00 pm, i have activated free sms offer i e in 25 rs monthly charge i'll get 250 free local mobile to mobile sms. now this month when i received my bill then i saw that they have given me only 125 free sms n charged me for rest of my sms. now i.ve been talking to them since two days but they are not giving me any satisfactory response..
i request you to please do something about this clear cheating of vodafone.

This is lokesh..i am a prepaid customer([protected])i recharged my account by 253.00 validity is 2 months.after this i recharged 132 half rate .but a got a message like recharged sucessful ,but its already 2 days over but half rate recharge in not still activated,i called to customer care those people are telling like contact the person who recharged this plan,i am very fed up this such a big company in india .transication id is (kk[protected]) any way the service is not good

I have recharge my mobile [protected] with Rs 600 by Kiosk Machine (E-Recharge). But I have not received my balance yet. I have recharged on 8th Dec 2008 at 10.30 night and today is 12th Dec'08. I have been following with Vodafone since 8th Dec but they are answering the same that "You have to wait for 24 hours". I am putting you on this complaint and hope it get resolved soon.

Sir, i have made te easy recharge of rs 201/- from coimbatore 25/02/09 and this sim is a DELHI sim and after making the recharge i have got only 50 rs in my account. so look into the matter as i required that urgently.

I did online recharge using your http://www.vodafone.in/Pages/index.aspx site to [protected] ...I have selected Karnataka (which is correct) and YES BANK. I chose 201 rupees full talk time 30 day validity option. I filled up the information, it redirected to YES BANK I filled up my customer ID and Password. I typed 201, clicked the only option, I got password SMS to my another number ([protected]) tagged with YES BANK account, I typed the password, did the transaction to Vodafone BILLDESK. I recieved confimation page with confirmation number (54508). My cell is not yet recharged. I rechecked by filling confirmation number and my cell number in vodafone site. It said id is invalid, even I called your cutomer care(111) 6 times. First agent told me to wait for 1 hour, 2 agent told me to wait for 24 hours, 3rd agent told me to half an hour to recheck it. 4th agent told me to wait for 2 hours that an update is going on, 5th agent told me to wait again, and told if recharge not done then ur money ll be taken back to my YES BANK account.

WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON TO REACHARGE JUST 201 rupees.

EITHER VODAFONE OR YES-BANK ONLINE THINGS ARE NOT WORKING WELL

Vodafone — Problem with there recharge

Complaint no [protected], I recharged my no on line on 10 July for 351. your site mentioned that I will get full talk time of 351 rs. but I got only 318. I given my complaint to customer care they ensure me I will get money back in 24 hours. But I am still waiting for that. I called then three four times but they ensure every time that I will get money refund in 24 hours. I called them today again, now they are saying "sir, you got the correct amount, there is no such scheme on 351 recharge, it was there last month." And today I checked your site is also updated now. It was not updated on 10th of July when I recharged. I don't have evidence that your site was not updated on 10th of July and it was saying 351 rs for 351 recharge. But I have couple of question from you guys:
(1) Is 32 rs is so important for a customer that the customer will lie for the same.
(2) If it was a false complaint then why your representative Lodge the complaint and given me the complaint no by saying this is the fault from your site ?
(3) Also your guys are "happy to help" but I think not "ready to help"
(4) I am customer for vodafone from past 7 years having two vodafone no on my name. Is that the response I should expect from the vodafone ?

again the same question... why your care centre Lodge my complaint that time ? They were forced actually, since your site was not updated and mentioning that 351 rs for 351 recharge.

we have charged from our online recharged for Rs.200 vodafone prepaid to the Phone number[protected]).but it was changed by mistake from you to life long offer.I contact to customercare and he informed me to go to the nearest retailer, and I went to the nearest retailer just now, but he told me that there is no option to refund the money and there is no option to change it to talktime recharge.
I have already lifelong validity with me for 2015. So kindly change the amount to talktime recharge or refund the money today itself.

Vodafone — AGAINST RECHARGE

Dear Sir/Mam

I am not satisfy with your service due to not given a proper inquiry. Dear sir at present when i hear after dialing 121 scheme clearly says that i[censored] recharge with 326 Rs. U will get 326 Amount and 15 voda-to-voda free minutes. I hear this scheme with my 3 company's colleagues . In this scheme i will get serv. tax and free call after 24 hours. But i havn't recvd . And dear after discussing with (customer care) with Mr. Narendra singh refused us that this scheme is Rs. 336 . Sir now at present this scheme clear define 326 Rs. Plz tell me what is my Fault. I hope U will have credit the remaining amt.

Hello sir mera naam Ateeque shaikh hai mai BPL customer tha maine vodafone mein mnp karvaya hai iss shanivar ko mera sim converted hu lekin mujhe uran ke mini store s-square communication walo ne bataya ke apko 200 local min free milrahe hai lekin sir mujhe mins free nahi mile maine customer care me cal kiya to O kahte hai k apse jhoot bola gaya hai ahitak vodafone walo ne aise scheme start nahi ki hai mini store par walo se kha to O kahte haike customer care mein bat karo.mera mobile no.[protected] hai plz help me ...
It has been 5 days since i wrote the complaint but no action has been taken by vodafone..2 days earlier i received a call from vodafone telling that u will get your benefits within 4 hours but till now nothing is done..i am fed up with the bad services of vodafone and im left with no other option but use number portability to change my mobile operator..
