I was purchasing the Rly Reservation Ticket for Bokaro Steel City From Gaya Jn in A/C Chair Car Berth but Clerk had issued the ticket for Ranchi JN in general compartment but when I showed him his mistake,he did give rude reply & misbehaved me in spite of getting correction,but lastly few Rly authority suggested him to get the correction.Then he did issue another ticket after cancelling previous ticket without waiving cancellation charges.Now I am feeling so much disgusted with his inhumane behaviour.PLS oblige me to penalise him.
