THIS is for your kind information that I have have filed TDS on dated 28.04.2022 but now till date refund amount did not come. Refund is genuine because we booked a ticket with family but 2 ticket have been confirmed instead of 3 ticket in which 1 was not confirmed which is belong to my son age of 14 year so we could not travel without leaving. I filed TDs which is a refund process. I written so many emails to concern authority but not response...

Sir, i went to book tickets in coalfield express early today morning. I was boarding from dhanbad and i had to take ticket till howrah. Being a female customer, i was standing in the female counter but there was no one at the counter to give us tickets. Since the train was scheduled to leave at 5:50 a. Please be informed that I had booked ticket from Patna to Anand Bihar Terminal(ANVT) in Lakhisarai. When i booked ticket it was in WL status.
On Journey date 17th of june after chart preparation ticket was still in WL. When I went for cancellation in Lakhisarai at 1:50 PM, they denied to cancel the ticket and kept arguing for few minutes. After that at 2:00 PM they told the counter is closed and they can not help us.

i feel ashamed to travel with a valid ticket in 12569, jynagar-delhi garib rath, as most of people were traveling without valid tickets, some have even not have tickets.there was no rpf or grp in train, due to this valid ticket holder have to suffer.please provide checking squad with force for garib rath 12569 between darbhanga and patna.so that valid ticket holders have not to suffer....

I was purchasing the Rly Reservation Ticket for Bokaro Steel City From Gaya Jn in A/C Chair Car Berth but Clerk had issued the ticket for Ranchi JN in general compartment but when I showed him his mistake,he did give rude reply & misbehaved me in spite of getting correction,but lastly few Rly authority suggested him to get the correction.Then he did issue another ticket after cancelling previous ticket without waiving cancellation charges.Now...
