[Resolved] Ebay.in — Refund not received. | |
I didn't receive my refund amount Rs.1750/- till today since the refund request was approved by the system on 26 Jan-2009.They r givig some order Id.But this is not useful for me. I alresdy Contacted HDFC Bank Customer care regarding this one. Ebay is sending no.of messages to me if there is any due. This is the worst thing from ebay.Bank is saying that "We r not responsible for refund amount.Ebay is responsible". I contacted ebay 7 times regarding this one.But they r not giving right answer and didn't solve it. Please solve my problem sir. Was this information helpful? | |

EBAY — Not refunding
Hi ,I have made a purchase for RS 155.since it has not been reflected in eBay they said it has been refunded back .After so many calls till now i didn't get my money back.The eBay customer care people saying i have to contact bank people and ask for them to refund the money back.I have made the purchase through eBay why should i contact bank its there responsibility to check with the bank and refund my money bank.Please help me to solve this issue.
