i was cheated by ranjeet, he gave me wrong information about it and i have cancelled this but i am not getting my refund back, when i will get my money back?

i had cancelled my ebiz advance education plan very long back in the month of march(10th 2013) which was very well before the last date for cancellation as i had my account activated on around march 1st. Suggest you get together the people who have bought travel package and check if they have actually used it . If not ask for the refund .
Alternatively you can complaint to strategy india who may forward your complaint to the police in pune
