I AM A RESIDENT OF SHALIMAR GARDEN EXT-1. IN JUNE, 2010, I HAD REQUESTED FOR INCREASE OF LOAD FROM 3KW TO 7 KW WHILE DEPOSITING THE FEE OF 11000/-. SOON THEREAFTER, I HAVE BEEN RECEIVING MY BILLS SHOWING SANCTIONED LOAD OF 7KW AND EVEN THE FIXED CHARGES ARE LEVIED ACCORDINGLY WHICH I HAVE PAID REGULARLY. BUT TO MY REGRET, THIS CHANGE ONLY OCCURED ON PAPERS/BILL AND PHYSICALLY IT HAS STILL NOT BEEN DONE. AKK THE TIMES, I VISITED THE OFFICE, I WAS TOLD - I SHALL BE DONE SHORTLY AS PRESENTLY WE DO NOT HAVE METERS OF THAT CAPACITY IN STOCKS. I AM TOTALLY FED UP OF THE WORKING OF THIS DEPARTMENT. WHEN I ASKED THEM TO REFUND MY MONEY AND LET THE LOAD REMAIN AS 3 KW - THEY WERE NOT WILLING TO DO THAT EVEN.
PLEASE SUGGEST WHAT SHOULD I DO OR WHERE I SHOULD APPROACH FOR IMMEDIATE ACTION.

Dear Sir,
Subject Correction of bill in A/c No [protected]
I wish to inform you that on 8th jan 2013 the meter reader raised the bill
mentioned current reading 15152 and previous reading 15051upto which payment
made in dec 2012 so the difference is 101 unit but the bill has been raised for
200 unit in this regard I have made the complaint with customer care, the comlaint
no is [protected], in addition to this also made complain personally toconcern SDO
but till date the bill has not been corrected till date. You are therefore
requested to please look into the matter to avoid disconnection of electricity
of the flat no F-4 Block C-18 Ramprasth colony Ghaziabad.
