We are the resident of 1B 10/B COM Vasundhara,Ghaziabad UTTERPRADESH this Building is Commercial cum Resedential.Actually our complaint is that the Electric Poll installed by Your Department is not seems to be fixed as per the level required it is around 3-4 meter up from ground level which is not so strong it may fall if strong wind blows & 12000 volts currrent is blows through this poll & it may happen any...

I AM A RESIDENT OF SHALIMAR GARDEN EXT-1. IN JUNE, 2010, I HAD REQUESTED FOR INCREASE OF LOAD FROM 3KW TO 7 KW WHILE DEPOSITING THE FEE OF 11000/-. SOON THEREAFTER, I HAVE BEEN RECEIVING MY BILLS SHOWING SANCTIONED LOAD OF 7KW AND EVEN THE FIXED CHARGES ARE LEVIED ACCORDINGLY WHICH I HAVE PAID REGULARLY.
